Did Disney change placeholder discount?

I thought the placeholder discount was 10%, but I was looking at my placeholder online and saw this:

Your refundable deposit of $250 per room valid for 5% off a future cruise that sails within 24 months.

The placeholder deposit for 7+ night cruises just changed to 5%. I haven't heard anything about the fare discount changing. The website still shows 10%:

I see the same thing for my placeholder. Reports on other social media sites are that it’s a typo and the discount remains 10%.

Gee, I sure hope that it's a typo. Disney already has a rather lackluster loyalty program and they already took away the onboard credit for placeholders!

That’s the deposit required.

This thread is asking about the placeholder discount- which is 10%.
