Top of the World Lounge event & bringing guests

We've attended the DVC TOTWL at BLT event several times and love it for the fun, food and fast passes!

We are going to WDW in October with another family. There will be 9 of us in all. Can we bring them to this event with us? If so, can we register in advance with MS or do you have to wait until you get there to register for it?

Does anyone know what days of the week they offer it now?

Since the "event" is a sales presentation put on by the DVD, I am surprised that they let you attend repeatedly. I think that they no longer offer it due to the fact that BLT is being reported by many Guides as being sold out.

Bill is correct--the BLT afternoon events are no longer being held.

Currently they are holding "Vacation with Character" gatherings at SSR which feature a character meet-and-greet opportunity plus free passes to the AMC theater at DTD. The original schedule had those events into early August. By September, that event could be extended, replaced with something else or simply allowed to end with no immediate replacement.
