Top of BLT still available for DVC drinks?

I know that fireworks are on hold, but is the Top lounge still available just for views/ drinks for DVC blue card holders? Or has this changed from the last time I was there? TIA

Top of the World Lounge hasn't reopened since the closure yet. I'd guess that it will open when fireworks return. Just a note as well though that it's open to all DVC members, not just blue card (when it is open that is).
