HEy all! The new season of Top Chef starts this week. I am so excited. DH and I love this show and usually pick up some recipes to add to our usual rotation too. Here's hoping for another great year!

I'm in! Welcome to my city everyone! I hope this means there are no catered block parties again this season. I can't imagine where they'd have all of them. Maybe now they can get down to some real cooking challenges.

The group looks younger this season, from the previews. I wonder if they got rid of the more professional ones for chefs at a more beginner/intermediate level.

Love this show and looking forward to the new season. I usually don' get to watch it on the original night though, I catch the reruns.

If I remember right from when I looked at the bios many of them are CIA grads. Almost none are "self taught"
