Meh. She's not my favorite. I really liked her early on, but lately I find her to be annoying. She's so... hyper.
He didn't mention her at all.Allison said:Does Angelo still have the fiancee?
Does Angelo still have the fiancee?
The reason I am a Carla fan is that in many cases I would in many cases like to try her food. That pot pie was seriously the yummiest thing I've seen on the show probably ever - she just hit that out of the park![]()
I've wondered that the entire time. He never mentioned her.
No arguments there! I'm a comfort food person... some of the stuff they make, while interesting, is not anything I would ever want to eat.
I just watched the episode last night. I was so sad to see Angelo go. I really liked him this season. If I remember right, didn't he have a fiance from Russia? I thought he said something about it last season about how he only met her a couple of times but they talk on the phone a lot? I can't remember. Anyway, it looked like Mike felt responsible since he said Angelo's dish needed salt.
I think the final 3 will be Dale, Richard and Carla.
He violated "Chef Code" according to some other chefs on the show. At least Richard got some revenge. That was a really crappy thing Mike did![]()
Wow. I didn't expect the crying at the end! Buh-bye.
I was reading Bourdain's blog from last week and rolled when I got to this part where he described the exact moment that Angelo lost his will, and it was in the challenge w/ the Muppets:
"From the first second he looked into those three sets of pitiless, googly eyes, he was a defeated man. He had seen the Beast. And it was brightly-colored and fuzzy. "![]()
I think I've seen that beast, many times.![]()
I was rolling when she said they were going to revoke his NAACP cardPoor Carla. She has the worst luck getting sous-chefs. Casey telling her what to do, and she makes that sous vide for her final instead of her usual stuff. And this time Tre acts like he had a lobotomy, not knowing all that stuff to be of any help at all.![]()
