Just so you know, the bakery in France never lets you use DDP snack credits to purchase the pastries. Be sure to plan accordingly with your budget.
Other than that (which we do pay OOP for) my favs are:
1. Dole Whip pineapple float
2. Smoothies at KNNR station MGM
3. most anything form Main Street Bakery
4. Treats from Goofy's Candy shop DTD
5. Citrus swirl MK

Dole Whip,Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bar, and popcorn are our favorites! I could eat the Dole Whip everyday, love it!:mickeybar

Thanks so much. Looks like I will have to try the Dole Whip for sure. I am getting so excited. Guess I shouldn't read this right before dinner.:goodvibes

dole whip
frozen chocolate banana
dole whip float
hot pretzel (with mustard!!)
caramel apple with nuts

yummo!!!

I like the Dole Whip Float best. The tartness of the pineapple juice blends so well with the sweetness of the pineapple sorbet.

Other favorites:
Norway: Sweet pretzel with almonds, cinnamon rolls, school bread, and also a combination of their waffle with strawberry jam with rice cream. The two flavors to great together.
Germany: Apple strudel with vanilla sauce
France: Peach tart, chocolate croissant
MK Sweetshop: Carmel apple with nuts (I take it home and cut it into more manageable slices)

Other options:
Soft serve swirl cone at AK
Churros from Mexico
Egg rolls from the carts at MK
Pretzel with cinnamon sugar from Wetzel's Pretzels
Yaki Gori from Japan
Ginger/caramel ice cream from China
I think the rice krispie treats shaped like Mickey with chocolate covering the ears are very popular. You can take it with you and eat it later if not hungry in the parks. Stock up at the end of your trip if you have extra unused credits.

DS4 loves the Izakadoodle (sp) popsicles.
For me anything from Main Street Bakery
Hot Pretzels
Dole Whips
Popcorn
Treats from Goofy's

HMMMMM I guess a better way would be ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING is a great snack.:thumbsup2

1. Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich from Main St Baker
2. Dole Whip
3. Mickey Rice Krispy Head
4. Mickey Rice Krispy Head w/ chocolate ears
5. The marshmallows on a stick that you get to dip and coat with stuff at Goof's Candy Store

I like some of the packaged snacks. There is a yummy trail mix, and a tropical mix. Plus character cookies (the nieces got those)

We also used some credits at Goofy's candy company. Oh yum, DH lilked this place best!

~School Bread in Norway
~Dole Whips
~Nestle Choc Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
~Frozen Lemonade

Just a word of warning Busymom,

We were just there on the DDP and didn't have room in our tummies for any snacks. We were full of yummy lunches and dinners. With all those appetizers and desserts we ended up having 28 snack credits left out of 32 (dole whips must be consumed no matter how full you are!!) and ended up buying a whole bunch of chip and dale snacks, cookies, and caramel apples for gifts when we got home.

I wrote down all these cool snacks and then never did get to try any  .

How we did it was use our snacks for fruit salads for breakfast! Half the time I had dessert left from the night before and just had this as well.

1. Fruit salad from the Land in EPCOT
2. Chips from the Fish & Chip shop in UK Pavillion, EPCOT
3. Bottles of soda from anywhere (great to take home with you)
4. Bagel and cream cheese from anywhere (the Fountain view bakery in EPCOT does nice ones
5. Coffee! I did have a refill mug thingy but the one day we went to Animal Kingdom and it was so cold I needed coffee.

I just ended up using mine sporadically and on the last day used 3 to make a meal up (brought chips, drink and dessert as 3 snack items).

Thanks so much for all the ideas. I guess if we don't use the snack credits dailey, we could save for treats on the two day drive home. Good idea. Thanks!

Ohhh...How can I forget about the Churros from Mexico!?! I love them! One of my favorites!

1. FRESH Tollhouse Choc Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwhiches from Sleepy Hollow in MK
2. Giant Soft Pretzels w/ Nacho Cheese from MGM
3. Citrus Swirl MK
4. Turkey Leg - though this doesnt count as a "snack"
5. Kaki Gori - Japan

Only 5-boy, that's a tough one. I love snacks:
1. Strawberry Swirl at Enchanted Grove in MK
2. Gelato at BC Marketplace (my favorite is pistachio, but I hear they discontinued it-that's OK, I like any flavor)
3. Peach Tart from French bakery
4. Carrot Cake from MS Bakery or Tusker House
5. Chocolate eclair from Boardwalk Bakery

Thanks for the ideas. Definitely going to try the Dole Whip! Had the Cinnamon Nuts at Epcot and they were fantastic. We will also try out the prezels, Mickey Ice cream bars, etc. There goes the physique! :rotfl:
