My top 5, especially for romantic/honeymoon restaurants:
California Grill
Jiko
Citricos
Narcoosees
Tutto Italia

Apart from Narcooses, I have all of those booked up for our upcoming trip!! Hopefully we'll have a romantic time too...

If you decide on California Grill (our personal favorite) schedule it around fireworks time. It's on the 15th floor of the Contemporary Resort and the view of the fireworks is amazing. They dim the lights in the restaurant and pipe in the music. If you choose they will also hold off serving your dinner during the fireworks so it is hot and fresh when the show is over. If you can't see the fireworks from your table they have an observation deck off the restaurant with a perfect view (and music). There is plenty of room for everyone to see. Besides the magic of seeing the fireworks, the food is amazing!

Sounds perfect, but for that night my brother in law has booked us in for 5.30pm. Apparently as there is 10 of us, we could only eat early. A shame, but guess we'll be able to eat and then go and watch the fireworks...
