Top 3 Epcot and resort TS restaurants?

I love eating at Epcot and the resorts and am having a hard time deciding which restaurants to book for my trip in July. I am curious...what are your top 3 TS restaurants at Epcot and the Disney resorts (or even Disney Springs)?

Epcot - Spice Road Tables, Chefs de France (I think that's it) and the wine bar in Italy.
Resorts - Flying Fish, Fresh Med. Market at Dolphin and V&A's.

Raglan Road
Sanaa at AKL
Citricos at GF (I have only been there once, and it was part of a limited menu experience for Dining with an Imagineer. I have a regular ADR for there for next month!)

Resorts - The Wave (surprisingly wonderful), Jiko, and Kona (breakfast)

And for Disney Springs, we can't say enough good things about Morimoto - best dinner of our trip out of the past few trips!

Resorts - Boma breakfast or dinner, WCC breakfast, Trail’s End breakfast, and Cape May breakfast.

Resorts: CA grill, Ohana, Sanaa

Thanks for all of these replies so far!!! I haven't eaten at the Italy or Mexico pavilions, so those will probably be on my list next year. In Italy, if we didn't want to go the pizza route, would you recommend Tutto Italia over Via Napoli? I have heard that Via Napoli has great pizza, but what about the rest of their menu?

Sanaa is one of our favorites too!

I was also surprised by how much we like The Wave when we ate there. The food was delicious and it was nice break from MK.

Just ate at Citricos last week. It was delicious! I was impressed!

If you want Italian, I'd do the short(ish) walk to Il Mulino instead of the places in Epcot, though if you want to do a tapas style meal, the Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar is very enjoyable--no ADRs there though.

Beyond Epcot, Sanaa is excellent. Artist Point is lovely and a superb experience, as is Jiko. CA Grill for brunch is topnotch. Disney Springs has both Morimoto Asia and The Boathouse, either of which I'd recommend. Good hunting!
