Hello all,

We have been missing our Disney Cruising adventures so we thought we share with you our top 10 reasons for loving the Disney Dream. We have now been on this ship 4 times and cannot want to return again.

We hope you enjoy these Disney Memories!

We are a family who has never cruised before. We are thinking of trying it out for the 1st time in April 2016. We are debating between a 4 night Dream or 7 night Fantasy....any thoughts? :goodvibes

We have done 3,4,5 & 7 night Disney cruises and found that we prefer the 4 night. It is just right for us because we have been on so many cruises we know what we like and can fit everything into 4 night. In addition, by taking a 4 night cruise, we are able to combine it with a trip to WDW parks on the same trip. We typically get all this into a 7 day vacation.

We did out 7 night cruise on the pre-imagined Magic and it was great. That was our first cruise. The Dream and Fantasy as very similar. We have not been on the Fantasy yet but heard good things. Very comparable to the dream.

It is hard to say if you should go with a 4 or 7 night. it all depends on you and how you may feel about cruising. some 1st time cruiser love cruising after the 1st cruise and others have said it is just not for them and 7 nights was too long. Don't worry too much about the ship. Both Dream and Fantasy are great.

One thing to consider is that you will want to do everything and get as much in as possible so the 7 night may make more sense for you.

Hope that helps.

Thanks! Yeah, we were thinking of combining a 4 night with some park time as well.

I'm not sure how we'll like cruising. I think we just want to see if we like it and go from there. :goodvibes

If you are not sure, Maybe try the 4 night first. There is quite a difference in price from a 4 night to 7 night. You can use the difference to visit the parks instead.

Great blog! Thanks for sharing. My DD7 has been on 15 cruises, but not one Disney cruise. (she goes with her grandparents) She has been asking to go on a Disney cruise, but after comparing costs, we just book extra nights at the parks. A 4 day might be a great way for us to experience the cruise and still have lots of park days.

For our first cruise, we did the 4 night Dream and combined it with a trip to the parks. Of course the cruise was after the parks since it was more relaxing. We were able to test out cruising since none of us have been on a cruise before. Turned out the my youngest got seasick the first night, would never have guessed that. In the end, all the boys decided they would rather do a cruise over the parks in the future.

wdwgoofydaddy! Disney land is such a magical place, which automatically grabs the attention of all visiotors:). I have been there numerous times and still i want to go there again and again.:cool1:. It is not only for kids but it is also for adults. Its cool and thrilling rides give the real charm::yes:: and i love to see the magical shows there. Its atmosphere and food taste is just awesome.

Thanks so much.. We are really excited and looking forward to it all. The bonus is that next year is the 60th too...
