Toon Lagoon question

In Toon Lagoon (IOA) there is a fire hydrant statue with comic strip dogs all over it. I recognize Voof (Hagar the Horrible) Daisy (Blondie) Ol' Bullet (Snuffy Smith) and Ruff (Dennis the Menace) but there is one other, and I feel like I should know who it is, but I can't place his name or the strip he's from. He's a lazy, droopy brown dog.
I'll probably smack myself when someone tells me who it is. TIA

I think I've figured it out. The mystery dog might just be Pajamas, who appears in Tumbleweeds. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Me either, but it sounds right. He's described as a very lazy dog. And brown.
