Too much seafood?

Whew, I finally made my reservations..............I was not able to get anything at the California Grill on my arrival day, so I decided to go to Citricos then so I could stay on the monorail line.

So, final list:

5/21: Citricos 6:30
5/22: Sanaa 6:55
5/23: Flying Fish 7:15

5/24: Kouzzina 6:55
5/25: San Angel Inn (lunch) 12:30
Jiko 7:30

5/26: Bistro de Paris 6:15

5/27: Blue Zoo 7:30

Am I dining too late? The guy I spoke to said that most people eat around 6:15- 7pm......

Thank you for all of your help!

I think those sound like fantastic choices. The only one I have not yet tried is Citricos, and that's an oversight that I mean to correct as soon as possible.

bluezoo is a wonderful restaurant that I agree will spoil you for most other restaurants at WDW. Todd English, while painfully pretentious and arrogant in my opinion, is also an extremely talented chef/restaurateur who keeps a great eye on all of his properties and his teams always do fabulous jobs with cooking, presentation, service, etc.

As far as dining too late, I think the reason many people eat earlier at WDW is because they have children who need to eat earlier. Also, people from some regions of the country eat earlier than others (when we moved to Iowa from Boston, I was stunned at how early people eat here; it apparently harkens back to the farm days). But you'll still get great food later in the evening, and I'd hardly call any of your reservations "late".

Bluezoo appealed to me automatically because of the name, lol - Blue is my favorite color. It sounds really special - I'm very much looking forward to that evening. I've only had a couple of meals in Todd English restaurants; he doesn't have a lot of places in NYC and definitely not on Long Island.

Yes, that makes sense about people with kids/dining times; I also think that's true about different regions of the country. Compared to Europe, I think Americans eat a lot earlier (I learned my lesson the first time I went to Europe: don't eat before 7:30 or 8pm if you want to dine with the locals).

Excellent line up of ADRs and no, I don't think you're eating too late. As one poster said, you might not want to leave the parks early for an early ADR. On the other hand, a later dinner reservation sometimes makes it hard to get to Wishes or Illuminations.
One quick recommendation, the last time we were at Kouzzina DBF order the whole fish. It was amazing. We haven't been to Blue Zoo yet but have a ressie for next month. We love Bistro, Citrico's, Sanaa, and Flying Fish. Haven't been to San Angel in years so we're also doing that next month for lunch.
Hope you have a wonderful time!

That's a fine dining schedule. Enjoy!

If you feel like squeezing in another lunch while you're in the Magic Kingdom area, I'd also recommend hitting up the Grand Floridian Cafe. Good food at decent prices. Sounds like you're staying on the monorail loop, so it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to get there.

Oh, and you might be interested to know that the lounge at Sanaa serves the full appetizer and dessert menu, if you feel like getting there early or staying a little late to partake of the drinks. The bartenders there are great.
