My dd now age 10 is well behaved at the table and knows her manners...I've tried hard over the past years....EXCEPT when she
gets on that ship!!!!! Then it's "Katie Bar The Door". She seems to lose everything(well, most everything) I've taught her!!

She has seen the show in AP 4 times....but on our last cruise...she kept poking me in the arm..saying "MOMMIE LOOK",
"MOMMIE LOOK", "LOOK MOMMIE"...until I thought I was going to lose my mind!!! And my arm was sore. I couldn't talk to our tablemates, who included Barb and Tony...for her poking my arm and interrupting...which she knows better!!!

I agree with Mary(Reilling Twin) everyone is on vacation and the kids need a little leeway...as do the adults. If they want cherries...let 'em have the cherries. If ANYONE wants to conga...let them conga....and if people don't want to join in the
activities and festivities...then so be it. But don't let THEM ruin
your cruise!!!!

Sounds like a great slogan or battle-cry to me!!! LOL!!

No, really, just one word of caution, or maybe a question... Do not the CMS bring out like bowls of cherries? Haven't I read about parents sitting up late that night because their kid ate the whole thing, and is then throwing up Marichino Cherries? I know that many cherries in my belly might not sit too well???

Well now, THAT's a pleasant thought!!

I can't say as I've ever seen them bring out bowls of cherries, but then my kids wouldn't eat them anyway! Ice cream yes, cherries, no.

They have brought me 3 of the same appetizer before, does that count?? 18 escargot can get your stomach movin'!!
