Too late for Nov. ADRs?

We're Disney newbies so forgive me if this is a dumb or obvious question! We are going on our honeymoon from Nov. 19th to 26th. We made a mistake and left off an ADR for the 26th. I've seen that reservations book up ridiculously fast so wondered if it would be a slim chance to try and get one. We're going through a TA, so I'd have to go through her anyway, but I'm just kind of trying to get an idea of what our chances will be. Does it just completely depend on the restaurant? We're vegetarians so spent a lot of time picking out the other restaurants and are afraid we're going to get stuck somewhere we can't eat anything.

oh! always try!! Call every dya, and you can even call the day you are there to try... People are constantly changing things around, just go to the dining plan threads and see that people are swapping ADRs daily. We did a walk up at Whispering Canyon Cafe in Sept because when I called there was nothing and i really wanted to eat there. i even called the DAY we were there at WDW FROM a WDW resort and still nothing!! So we decide just to go over early, around 4:30pm and we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Never hurts to try and then try again!

I'm also curious if WDW saves some seating for the day of, if ADR are not available.

My recommendation is (assuming you aren't able to get an ADR that you want) calling twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. If worse comes to worse, you can always arrive at the restaurant and ask for any cancellations. :)

Good luck!

BTW when you make your ADRs be sure and tell them you are vegetarians or have a food allergy whatever is the reason (mine) and in most cases the chef will prepare anything you want. That WCC trip I mentioned above, I wanted the cajun pasta and chicken dish but not with broccoli so the chef said he would put whatever veggie I wanted in it and I asked for snap peas and he said sure i'll go to Artist Point to get some snap peas, and someone did because it had them in there! And it was so delicious!

Dh and I have been to WDW 5 times and apart from character meals, we have never made an ADR. Now we do tend to go at quieter times of year, but I think that they are only really important if you are determined to eat at a particular restaurant at a particular time.

Having said that, we just made a couple of ADR's for our November trip... the only thing that we couldn't book was a Candlelight processional Dinner package...

 Do not need to go through your TA for ADR's! You can make those anytime you want on your own:) You can put in your telelphone # instead of confirmation #. When speaking with a CM you can still tell them which resort you'll be at.

We have a TA but always make our own ADR's :)

Congratulations and have a Magical trip!!!:flower3:
