Too late for a good rate in March?

My neighbor wants to take her first Disney trip the first week of March. She said she couldn't find anything cheaper than $200 on property - I told her I'd do my best to get her some help from you guys! If she can't find anything cheaper she's going to go off site - I'm trying to get ehr to stay on site since she has a little one.

She told me she saw those for over $200! I was sure she was misinformed so I just cheked hotels.com and found them for $126. Less than $200 but still a LOT of money for a value I think.
