Have you ever had the too excited to sleep feeling? Your on your last day before you go to Disney and you cant seem to fall asleep.. You toss and turn and FINALLY at 2 in the morning you get to sleep.. However you need to wake up at 6 the next day.. Yup always happens to me ;) :P

Tomorrow Im heading of to the wonders of Walt Disney World.. Staying at Caribbean Beach

I get no sleep the night before we leave, not because I cannot sleep (I tend to have a pretty clear mind when I sleep) but because my partner won't let me sleep, usually he keeps me awake and makes me take him to get a snack in the middle of the night because he cannot sleep.

Oh, only every single time I go... ;)

Have a great time! We stayed at CBR in May. Loved it! :beach:

Yes Exactly! Thanks so much! lol

Absolutely!

We're leaving on Sunday and I'm already having trouble sleeping.:rotfl:

See you down there!:dance3:

Have a great trip, KingdomKeepersFinn (loved the book by the way). We go in 2 months and I am listening to Disney podcasts every night now. Ok, maybe that's not the best way to get to sleep :-)

I always get that feeling the day before I go to Disney/Universal, even though it's always a day visit.

It's all swirling in my head.. the plans, the fun, the memories that are going to be made..

We normally stay in a hotel at the airport the night before our traditionally-early flight, so I rarely sleep well, if at all. It's somewhat because of excitement, but a lot because of being in a strange environment.

The excitement the next day is what keeps me from being a crabby b-word due to lack of sleep, though. :goodvibes

I don't always get that way before trips anymore but I am that way before most races. It doesn't help that you have to be at the bus at 4am for the Disney races.

Have a glass of wine or milk and watch some tv until you feel tired. I find that I feel restless the longer I stay in bed sleeplessly. I don't blame you at all for being excited though. :p Have fun!

Drive. It makes things much, much nicer. And you get to sleep a lot later. I didn't get up til 4:30 this past race.

If I had a car I would but so far I have stayed on property and took ME and Disney transportation for the races. I am most likely staying off site for the 2011 race and will be driving for that one.

Gotcha. I actually had someone else drive me this past race and drop me off; they wouldn't let her come back up close to pick me up, so after the race ended, I ended up walking close to 2 more miles just to get to my ride. Not pleased about that one.
