Tony's Town Square and Spectro

I'm hoping that some of my fellow Dis'ers can help me out with dinner AND a show!
We're arriving late afternoon on Sunday, Feb. 18. We're hoping to spend the evening at MK, as it is open late that night. I read that some have been lucky enough to time their dinner reservation at Tony's AND score a patio table so that they could watch Spectro from their table while dining.

Now, I know the chances of even getting an ADR are probably slim (I made all my other ADRs months ago!), but if I could get a reservation, what time should I try for dinner at Tony's in order to see the 8:00pm Spectro show (if we're lucky enough to get a patio table)? Doesn't the parade start at the other end of the park....if so, when does it arrive in the area of Tony's?
And it being the Sunday of President's weekend, will the wait, even with and ADR, be quite long?? And how is the food at Tony's?

I'm surely not counting on this scenario, but who knows....maybe our first night will be MAGICAL!!!

Last year we did score a patio table and watched Spectro during dessert. It was not planned but a great surprise. I would get an adr as close to 6:30 as possible and request an outside table. Maybe they would let you wait until one opened up. The parade starts right in front of Tonys.
