It's basically the same. I just love that strawberry compote that you get with it at Kona Cafe, and don't think I'd enjoy the flavor as much with just syrup to put on it. Plus, with such a sugary breakfast I also have to have that protein on the side. I thought the Captain Cooke's version was a little greasier, but experiences may vary. It is quite a commitment, though (so big!), so if you're a repeat visitor to the World I'd give it a try at Cooke's and if you even remotely like it a little but then you'll owe it to yourself to try it upstairs next visit.
