Tonga Toast at Captain Cook's?

I was wondering if you can get Tonga Toast at Captain Cook's at the Poly for breakfast? A trip to WDW wouldn't be complete without Tonga Toast and if I can use a quick service dining credit instead of a table service for Kona Cafe, it would be great.

Just have to throw this out there...I'm always the voice of dissent in these threads. For me, Tonga Toast isn't Tonga Toast without the strawberry sauce. Captain Cook's doesn't have it. Total deal breaker. So, for me, no you can't get Tonga Toast at Captain Cook's. If you don't care about the strawberry sauce, then you're all set.

I agree...the strawberry sauce is what makes it Tonga Toast....thanks for letting me know...looks like we will keep our reservation at Kona...

We had tonga toast at Capt Hook's on our last trip and we didn't miss the strawberry sauce - honestly didn't even remember it being served with the toast in Kona from our previous trip

By the way it was yummy, we just ate with regular syrup!

They don't have it down there in their kitchen. You could always go up to Kona and ask a seater to get you some. If they aren't too busy its a possibility
