Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station Open?

I was going to go here in January, but it was closed. I was hoping that it would be open in a couple weeks when I'm at WDW, but I read on a thread that it was closed over spring break, so I'm just looking for confirmation that it is indeed closed.

if so, is this a summer only restaurant or is it closed for good?

Not sure the criteria to have it open, seems spuratic. For example it IS open this week 11am to 10pm but it is NOT open next week.

Hmmm, if it's not open next week I won't count on it being open the following week. If it happens to be I'll be pleasantly surprised. Wonder why they don't keep more regular hours for the place, ie weekends, etc.
