Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party

It's not on the DDP, you have to pay extra.

DH and I went to it in May. I think it was a nice experience but I won't be bothering to do it again. The desserts are standard Disney buffet desserts, nothing amazing. There isn't much choice for drinks. I think the choices were tea, coffee, lemonade and milk.

The view was fine and we were lucky enough to be in the front "row" of tables. However people stood along the front as soon as MSEP started and didn't sit back down. I'm guessing they weren't interested in their desserts at all? It would have been nice to be able to watch the parade whilst eating our dessert. Our view of the fireworks was fine and we remained seated.

We returned with the kids to watch the fireworks another night and stood in the hub. The view of the projection show and fireworks was far superior.

I think if you are going at a busy time of year and don't like being in crowds or staking a spot out hours in advance then it would definately be worth it. I think I was expecting slightly more from our experience.

Thanks, I thought as much re DDP, just couldn't decide whether it was suitable for us as my two DD's may be tired.

Agreed, worth doing once for the novelty factor but would not bother again. The view is quite good but not that much better than the preferred viewing area, or other areas of the park for that matter. Of course, it's nice to sit and eat a few desserts while you wait on the show starting rather than standing or leaning against a railing or wall etc. The desserts are OK, not having a sweet tooth I only nibbled a couple, but really, how many desserts can one person eat !!

As I say, worth doing it once if you have the spare dollars but if your budget is tight I'd give it a miss.

Have to agree with previous posters. We were there in May too, paid around £35 for 2 people, I enjoyed the fruit more than the desserts although the chocolate covered strawberries were nice.

We did get a good view of Tinkerbell flying over and were in the front row, they were all tables of two but we moved over to where photographer was taking photos as a family moved in the front and at least two of the kids with them cried and yelled throughout. It was good to be able to sit for a while and let the crowds go by after Wishes though.

Our last night we went to Poly for something to eat and took a Dole Whip down to the beach and both agreed that was the way to view Wishes! :)
