Can one adult and two kids (6 and 3) fit into a single car, or is it strictly two passengers??

I used to work The Indy Speedway, yes one adult and two kids can fit in the single car, may be a little awkward, but it can be done. What a lot of parents used to do was send the older child in a car alone and if she or he couldn't reach the petal a CM would ride with him or her. Just ask the CM if your child can ride in a car behind you or even beside you. It can be done!
