Last year when I tried to make my ADRs online it was a fiasco. I ended up having to call. It seemed a lot of people that were making ADRs around the same time as me were having the same problem. Is making ADRs online still a problem and should I plan on calling? If I do call, what is the earliest I can call? And, lastly, what's the number to call?

I've just made a lot of mine and, even as a first-time user, found it pretty painless and straightforward to make the initial reservations. Just need your account set up & a credit card to hand . I recommend doing it on a proper computer rather than a mobile site though - it all worked fine on my phone, but I found it just a bit clearer/easier to use the drop-down time box on my computer. But I was using a phone rather than a tablet.

The only problems have come with more complex things. Last night it looked like there was a general issue with cancelling reservations, and I seem to come up against problems when trying to swap them (ie cancel one reservation and make a new one for the same time/day - it has the option to do this in one fell swoop but it hasn't worked properly for me yet! But maybe I've just been unlucky.)

Do not do them mobile or on the MDE app. Use a desktop.

Have the pages for restaurants you're targeting open in tabs. Be logged in.

If it doesn't work, call. You get an hour ahead of calling online, so if it doesn't work, you at least tried.
