Does anyone know just how much the tolls are from MCO to WDW? I want to be prepared when I arrive.

Thanks a bunch.

I understand that there's more than one popular route, but here's my notes from the last time we rented a car:

Follow the signs for the South Exit from the airport to pick up SR417 South (also called the Central Florida GreeneWay) towards Disney World. Once on SR417, you'll have 2 toll plazas for $1 each.

There are 2 tolls on the 417 route, each is $1.25. You will exit 417 at exit 6 which is just after the second toll and there is no toll at that exit.
You will be on route 536 called World Drive after exiting at exit 6. This road will take you directly into Disney, it becomes Epcot Center Drive after crossing over I-4. From exit to Disney property is 2.7 miles.
Total time from airport approx 20-25 minutes.
417 traffic is generally fairly light.

One one dollar toll (or is it still 75 cents?), exact change not mandatory.

Out the north airport exit, left at first light (Frontage).
Little over a mile is next light, left (Conway) and immediately another left onto 528 (Beach Line) west.
Watch for "exit ramp" to take and pay the toll in cash.
Continue on to end of 528 and get on I-4 west (southwest).
The 536 west (Epcot) exit is usually the best one for most Disney destinations, the next exit is Osceola Parkway for Animal Kingdom and vicinity.

Some folks say that the best way to Hollywood Studios is to stay on I-4 west around the horn onto 192 (Bronson Hwy.) west and into the big Walt Disney World entrance (World Drive north south backbone main drag) there. Bear right before the welcoming arches. This goes to the big DHS entrance while other routes including Osceola Pkwy. all take you to the small DHS entrance opposite the Boardwalk resort on Buena Vista drive which may be crowded.

Returning to airport (MCO) via I-4 East to 528 East, again watch for "exit ramp" to pay toll in cash.
Get off 528 at its exit 9 (Tradeport). Left and cross under.
Nice cheap gas station right there on the left to top off at. With the gas station at your left ...
get into middle lane, required right onto McCoy, little over a mile is next light (436, Semoran Blvd.) right to go to airport.

The toll for the airport to Exit 6 on 417 is $2.50 total.

That's leaving the airport going south towards 417 and your entrance road is boggy creek.

Use this site to calculate tolls: http://www.expresswayauthority.com/corporate/travel/tollcalculator.aspx

If going north the tolls to I-4 is $1.75. The entrance road is SR 436 (Semoran Blvd)

It just depends on how bad traffic is on I-4 but $0.75 isn't that big of a different other than you would be $0.75 closer to a mickey shaped ice cream. :)

Also 417 is easy flowing and never much traffic.

Personally we thought 417 was just as long compared to the Beachline. We took it one time based on all the reviews I read on here, however we honestly didn't think it was any faster. Plus I remember after leaving Orlando International Airport we had to take a service road or something that leads to 417, so you are not automatically on it once you leave from there.

I always take this route, less traffic. The tolls have increased to $1.25 each, there are 2 if you take exit 6, which is the exit for Downtown Disney. It's more if you continue to Osceola Parkway (near Animal Kingdom & All Stars).

That's the route we take on returning to airport too. We fill up on gas at that station to make sure our tank is full when we return our rental car.

taking beechline 528 to WDW there are two tolls
I may have these reversed ...
I'll leave it as an exercise to go my way and get a pleasant surprise of just one toll (or some day a rude awakening at a brand spankin' new shiny ultra-modern Sunpass only toll booth on the Conway Rd. entrance road to 528 west).

two tolls as I mentioned - one $1.00 just before Semoran Blvd and one $.75 west towards Sand Lake.

Or just do as I did last month at 5AM and just drive thru the .75 toll E/B towards airport as I missed the cash exit- I sailed thru the Sun Pass Lane in a rental car w/o a Sun Pass- still no CC charge but .75 toll will likely cost me $5.75 - I did pay the $1 at Semoran Blvd
