This might be a dumb question....

Was wondering how much I should budget and have available for tolls on the way. We will be taking the 95s all the way (95/295/495/95/4) getting on in Wilmington DE.
We will be driving a 31' Class C.
Any help would be great. Just like to be sure I have my change jar ready and full of the proper paper bills!

Do you have an EZPass for your RV? If so, then you won't need the change as EZPass was accepted pretty much the whole way we went down in 2005. I honestly don't know how much the tolls were as they were just deducted automatically, but I do think that if you use the pass that they are less than paying in cash (or at least this used to be true). I'm not sure we went through that many tollbooths once we got through Maryland/Virginia.

Class C's (we have a 29') have the same number of axles as a regular car, so I think it's the same toll. I remember looking at this site (http://www.usastar.com/i95/homepage.htm) for a lot of good info.

Have a great trip!:thumbsup2

I dont know, I never counted it, but can i come, PLEASE!!!! I think most of the tolls were between Phila and just below washington.

I know from southern Va. all the way down it's free. Tolls must be mostly a northern thang, I wouldn't understand.:rotfl2:

There are no tolls after the Washington area. Please note that you are not permitted to take a propane tank through the Baltimore tunnels. You will have to go over the I695 (Key Bridge) or avoid the whole area as we do by taking 301 to Carmel Church, VA (just north of Richmond)
