toll-free number for dining ps

Does anyone know if such a phone number exists to call toll-free for all dining ps?

Don't we all wish. Nope, you have to pay to call for ps's.

Actually, there is a number you can call toll-free
877-939-3732
Just listen to the menu and choose the PS option!
