Toll Free for Guest Services/Problem with Reservations.

Does anyone have a 800 number for Guest Services not CRO. I received a message on Friday regarding changes that need to be made to my reservation. I can't seem to get a hold of the CM that called me, Estelle, after several tries. I know no other CM has been able to help me. I'm racking up my LD minutes just on hold.

Anyway, this is my dilema.

When the Disney Visa/FL Resident deal first came out the CM applied the code to my reservations. Even though, I said numerous times that I was not a cardholder. I could back a couple of days later after I heard on the boards that this code was only for DV & FL Residents, not one or the other. Then CM reassured me that rate would be honored and the guest services manager, Israel, had okayed the rate and made notes to my reservations. I was thrilled! When the FL resident rate came out this month I wanted to change the code even though it was a little more. The CM I spoke to said and didn't need since the DV rate was okayed for my reservations. Now, I get I phone call saying I need to change codes and my balance due on check in is $329 :eek: I had already made the deposit of $110. It seems to me I know have no codes. Since, the original rate I had was for $99, a total of $440. How can this be? How can I go about clearing this up? I'm really bummed.

Has anyone else come across this problem?
