what Is the dress attire?

Doesn't really have one. I imagine it is the same as most other places, nothing offensive, no swimsuits, etc.

We were there recently. Some people were dressed up; others were in park attire. No one seemed to be too concerned about it. As mentioned, there is no specific dress code other than what's on the "not permitted" list.
