Unfortunately, I'm not sure that you ever know exactly who you're talking to. Many of the calls, even those that seem direct to the resort, are handled by a call answering center. You may have ended up talking to someone at guest services for all you know. If you didn't put the request on your orginal reservation, it's most likely too late to do so now. All your information has probably been downloaded to the resorts computer system (3-5 days prior to your arrival). At this point in time, your best option is probably faxing your request to the room assignor at POFQ, 407-934-5353. There seems to be some discussion about whether or not they even look at them, but at least you know it went directly to the right person.
