Tokyo Disney Gift Cards?

The wife and I are going to Tokyo Disney in February. Our first day in the parks will actually be my wife's birthday. I'd love to surprise her with a Tokyo Disney gift card/certificate on the monorail on our way to the parks. Is there such a thing? If so, how do I get one prior to our visit?

They have gift cards in 500 JPY and 1000 JPY. I've seen people buy them at the Ticket Center downstairs in Iskpiari but there's probably other places you can buy them.
They're called gift cards but I think they're more like paper certificates.

Thanks for the reply! I was hoping to get something closer to 10,000 JPY. Not sure I want to hand her a fistful of smaller gift certificates, lol.
