Have you eaten there recently on the dinning plans? I have seen a recent review from people on the deluxe plan that said that they had sushi using the plan. It makes it confusing as a great deal of the recent menu seems to be different types of sushi.

I have never eaten there on the dining plan, as I don't use the plan. This is what has been reported, and it has been reported consistently.

You cannot order sushi off the separate sushi menu but you can get it as part of these combination plates:

Bento Box
A combination of Japanese tasting dishes served with miso soup and steamed rice

Sakura - chef selection of Japanese mixed grill, braised pork, California roll, tempura shrimp and vegetables $25.95

Fuji - chef selection of sliced sirloin, sashimi, California roll, tempra shrimp and vegetables $27.95

That's how they were getting sushi. But by all reports, ordering individual rolls, nigiri or sashimi from the sushi menu is not covered by DDP. It's always possible that they have changed things but I have not seen it reported.

We ate there last month using the Deluxe Dining Plan. You weren't allowed the individual rolls but there were two or three platters on the sushi menu you were allowed to order as your entree using the plan.

DH had this one and it was very good.

Nice that they have sushi platters. The sushi menu is not reproduced on Allears, but it may be on other sites.
