Toiletry/cosmetic bag

Hi ladies!. I'm looking for recommendations for a new toiletry bag. The one I have is very old and heavy, and I am sick of it taking so much space in my luggage! I've looked many places on-line, but there are a ton of different ones out there! Any suggestions? I do pack all travel sized bottles of my soaps and things, but there are a lot of them.

My mom loves her Vera Bradley travel bags/cases. I do agree, they are very light. I have some no name one I got years ago that I love. It's getting real ratty, but I havent found a replacement I like yet...

I have the hanging organizer from Vera. Love it. It hangs on a hook on my bathroom door. When we travel all I have to do is roll it up and toss in suitcase.

I ordered the hanging organizer from Vera Bradley last week. It came highly recommended and all the online reviews are good. I'm hoping it works for me. I too carry all the travel size shampoo, conditioner, etc. along with makeup so I'm hoping it really works for me.

31 Cosmetic Bags are nice...just to give you and idea of if it would be big enough for you, the demensions are 9.5"Hx12"Wx4"D, it has an exterior zipper pocket, interior zipper pocket, clear PVC lining, and carry handles, for $30. The great thing about 31, IMHO, is the personalization. If the Cosmetic Bag is too big, they also have Zipper Pouches, 9"Hx12.25"Wx2.5"D, with laminated interior, no handles for $15.

You fold the bottom towards the top (in thirds) and tie.

I love the idea of the hanging bag but I carry three full size products that I don't think would fit in (shampoo, hairspray and contact cleaner). Are there any bags that would accommodate three full size products? I do check my carry on!

I also love the hanging bags and have one just like the vera bradley one, but from M&S in cow print, which came as a pack with 2 other smaller bags that i use at home for my daily bits n bobs. I use my hanging bag for my make-up, razor and blades, pill packet, facial products, tweezers, nail scissors, mini mirror, etc.

Minnieforme - I can fit one or two full size bottles in that bag, but i choose not to. I actually take a second toiletry bag that is just a normal one compartment bag and it fits in full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. I think i bought this bag from Superdrug xx

I just use gallon size zipper bags and put all the family toiletries in a small duffle bag.

Yeah, I love 31 bags! I have a couple or 10 LOL, I am actually signing up as a consultant on Friday, the new consultant kit is AWESOME!!! And so are some of the new prints for fall. I'm so excited, I can't wait~ I just hope I can get enough people to host parties and order from me

I was just looking at 1 of the new bags last night, it is a hanging comsmetic bag, Timeless Beauty Bag, the handle has a buckle so you can loop it around a towel rack, closet rod, or where ever else you might need to hang it, it has 3 interior clear PVC zipper pockets, 6 brush holders, snap closure and is 24.25"Hx11"W while open (it's tri-fold) and it cost $25.

I too like my Vera bags. I haven't used my hanging organizer in a while due to our OL, but I loved it when I needed it. Will have to check out the 31 brand. We do not have those here on the Gulf Coast.
