Our first trip to Ft Wilderness is coming up, and I wondered if there is shampoo, body wash etc in the bathrooms?

Yes, the Disney version of the H2O is there: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bars of hand soap. Also dish soap, paper towels, in the kitchen.
