Toffee/Caramel Apples????

i love the caramel apples you can buy from various places throughout WDW but i was wondering has anyone tried the create your own toppings which they sell at Goofy's candy store at DTD. i haven't been there yet and i'm interested to know what they are like and which toppings are the yummiest?!!

Umm, not sure about the second pic, but I'm pretty sure the first one is from Marceline's Confectionary in DTD in California?
They do look ridiculously yummy though

Does anyone have the recipe? I have tried all over the net. My mum ADORED them. I have tried various recipies of my own but non of them work or taste the same. At least tell me I can buy a recipe book with it in it next time I go.
