hi Deb, I was wondering do you put the same stuff every year or do you pick other events, I was going to right this stuff down and see but I dont want to wait a year to find out

I was in 9th grade when JFK was assassinated. Walking from Earth Science to English, I can still remember the angle of the sun. We were lucky to be able to walk outside between classes in Phoenix. I will never, never, ever forget that day.

Thanks for doing this Deb.

I was not born when JFK was assasinated. I have seen the footage countless times, it is still moving to watch :(

Wow, that's a LOOOOOONG post for you, Jason!!;) ;)

In answer to your question, I TRY to avoid repeats, but some events have such an impact that to not include them would be difficult (For example, September 11 will always be associated with the terror attacks on the WTC, Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania).

Other items I pick just because I think they are interesting.

I'll try to pick out some sitting-on-the-toilet-eating-sandwich items for you, though!

I was in high school when JFK was killed. We were just leaving for the day and every one on the street was crying. It's one of the days of my life I'll never forget.

Yes, Deb, can you imagine. I'm here at work on a Friday. Joe's called me 3 times already because he's lonesome. I told him to do some housework. It will make the time go faster till I get home. (yeah, right)

Have a great weekend. Don't forget, 1week till the postcards start coming.

thanks Deb, will you be my Doctor

Thanks, DEB:D :) :D . I'm a big supporter of the Oregon law which legalizes physician-assisted suicide. Most dying patients never consider self-destruction, but those who do should be afforded some dignity.........
