Today-I hate the dollar$$

I have to transfer a lot of money within the next 2-3 days. I hope tomorrow is a better day because today sure isn't!! Why didn't I buy more when I moved some over last time at $1.02.

I hear ya Minnie! Just when I finally committed yesterday to buy my airline tickets out of Buffalo, the dollar dropped $0.02! Wish I knew that on the weekend!
It's all Greece's fault again. They're rioting in the streets because they're finding out that they have to pay their taxes now.
What a lost cause that country is now. And it's all self-imposed!
(For that reason alone is why I'm glad Greece did not even get past the first round at the World Cup)

Yep! Still kicking ourselves for not buying when it was .98 last week! Fortunately we still have time to wait, but I don't believe the predictions of the dollar hitting parity is going to be a reality if this keeps up!

I have $2500 to pay by Friday! Daughters rent in NYC etc etc... I am sitting tight until the LAST minute!

LOVE Greek food...but this is pushing my buttons!

I haven't been following the dollar that much lately and took a look at it this morning as I just got in my US Dollar Visa statement...not good at all it's sitting at 94 cents right now...OUCH!

Figures our Disney cruise deposit and airfare are on that statement...here's hoping it improves within the next week!

This is the first year I've made good calls with paying off our Disney trip. My DH kept telling me to wait because of what the "experts" kept saying but I've learned not to trust the finacial "experts" & every time the dollar was ok, I called & put $$$ down on our trip. We only have $400 left to pay by August 8th.

The dollar is very frustrating but with the markets being all over the place each time I think it's a good time to call Disney & make a payment I've done it & been right each time.

Well, the dollar is looking a 'little' better today. Went up a penny so far this morning!
Glad I don't have to pay off our cruise just yet. Maybe it will climb a bit more .
