To what extent do you help your teen find a job?

Never helped either one of them. They need to do it themselves and they did....

My mother helped me proofread my resume, and offered suggestions on cover letters, but most of the work was done by me. Once in a while, if my mom knows someone that's looking to hire, she'll forward me an email that she gets.
