I weigh in at WW tomorrow but I'm thinking of chickening out and not going until next week b/c I fear a gain
I've eaten like CRAP this week (well, not all week) but I've worked out 5x, too so I'm not sure! I want to get the calculator at the meeting tomorrow but I'm not sure if I want to WI.
Do you think I'm being a coward? Maybe if I work out a couple of hours tonight and drink a bunch of water, I'll not gain! *Sigh* I don't know what's wrong w/me but I know that a BIG part of it is not journaling. I have a problem w/keeping up w/writing everything down and that's why I think the calculator would be a Godsend b/c it would be so much easier. Arghhhhh! I need help and advice! I've come this far, I won't stop now but I need a good kick in the patoot! LOL
