I am staying at Royal Pacific.
Then will go to WDW.
Do not have a car neither at Universal neither at WDW.

What is the best way just to move from RP to WDW?

Just have the bell captain call a taxi. My guess is the fare will be in the $30 to $40 range, but others will know better.
