To those who recomm. the Mix Max: I need your help!!

Another question now that I am working on mine...using dvdripper into the mix max file. Just ripped Bedtime for Frances, put it on sd card and played it on the mix max. PLays ok, but we need the mix max volume on max to just barely hear the audio....was i supposed to mess with the audio controls anywhere???

Side note Disney updated their Mix Central and looks like they will be adding movies!! Im excited for it. We leave tomorrow for a 2week vacation and I plan on buying them the Wizard of Waverly Place $1.99 a show (same as itunes) and looks like its 9.99 for all 17 shows? That doesnt look right but thats what it says I may misunderstand something.

Will MagicDVDripper convert for Zune too? I don't want to purchase 2 different software packages. Also, how do I get hte file onto my SD card? Does it automatically download to it or what?

has anyone had any trouble out of your mixmax? I have the mix stick potc and it has never worked, I bought it on clearance at Target and put it up for our trip to WDW when I went to download music it would not work and since it had been over 30 days and I had lost the receipt could not take it back and the company that makes them will not replace or fix it without a receipt either!!!! So I am just out the money I spent on it.

I just found a MixMax for 19.99 scared to order it if same company makes them and is as dificult to deal with as the mix clip.

Ok, I have 2 questions for the Mix Max experts.

1) When playing a movie from an SD card, is there a way to fast forward or forward the frames? Every time my DD picks up her Mix Max she has to start the movie over at the beginning.

2) I am using Pocket DVD Wizard to convert movies. The sound has to be all the way up to hear the movie on the Mix Max. Is there a setting I can change to fix the sound?

Just FYI, I loooove this thing. My DD looooves her mix max. I got a great deal on it, of course, and have not regretted the purchase.

I went ahead and bought a blue mix max at amazon for $25 shipped new.... kept the receipts for this one put it in the box in case I have problems with it. Just out the $20 I paid for the Mix Stick since I lost the receipt.


Just wanted to warn everyone who purchases one keep the receipt in a safe place where you know where it is or you do not have a snow balls chance in
August of getting it fixed or replaced.
