We're currently booked at CSR 11/29-12/6 w/dining and 8 day PHs for 2388.71 through AAA (declined insurance). Called Disney just now to check on QXD on several resorts:

So no savings here, but it would have been really close to even if we declined the insurance and did POR. Oh well, it was worth a try! Only had to wait 10 mins.

I'm waiting for a callback from my AAA agent to see if she can apply it to our existing CSR res and do any better. Will let you all know.

I just tried (Pop Century between 5 and 12 Nov) and there is nothing left apparently (on any of the values). She did say I already had a 30% discount although I'm not sure how I got that - I booked online! And I've just checked and the price now is the same price as when I booked!

This discount is proving to be VERY good! I have a 3 night package, at POR and the savings is over $300. Also a 7 night package at POP and the savings there is right around $400!

I priced out four other packages, here are the savings.....dates are Oct. 5-12th. First price is Rack, second is with discount

Got a 5 night MYW hopper +basic dining at POFQ for 11/13-11/18 2 adults standard room for 1492$- this is for my Mom and sister.
Tried to apply for our ressie at the Poly 3 adults and 2 kids- 5 nights MYW hopper+ dining- our current price is 3689$ ( garden view) -we got a 40% code back in January.....with the QXD code it would have been slightly more 3740$(approx)- so we obviouly kept the cheaper! but wanted to let you know that there is availability at the Poly on the above dates both garden AND lagoon view ( she quoted the lagoon view at 4312 with the QXD discount)

I got CBR standard view for 12/12-20 with one day base ticket for $1186.40, 2 adults, 1 junior and 1 child. Room alone would have been $1415.28. Code DGL I believe. The CM I spoke with told me she had all of the codes written down so I didn't even have to give it to her. She was on top of things.

I posted this on the other thread, too, but wanted to share my savings here as well in case it helps someone else get a discount:

I called first thing with the code DGL and was told POP wasn't available for my stay 10/16 thru 10/28. I called back a bit later, hoping something would open up, and I got a wonderful CM who checked again for me. At first she said nothing for POP, still, but she checked again and was able to let me use my AAA discount for 10/16-10/18 and apply the DGL code for 10/18-10/28. I saved $240, plus got a one day base ticket, which I didn't have with my original AAA ressie, so I'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!

My AAA Travel Agent checked the rate and it is the same as the Pin code rate we got on our Post card from Disney so no extra savings here ...

You get one or the other, not both. The pin codes are always better than the GP rates.

Does anyone know if the discounts are available thru AAA? I have an existing reservation thru AAA and am wondering if I can get my rate even lower? I emailed my agent and am waiting to hear back.

I just called and the package rate is better then AAA rate, unfortunately all discounted rooms at POP are sold out. I was offered PORS for only $150 more then POP for 11/29-12/6 but others in party (4 rooms total) don't want to change. If you are already booked AAA agent has to make changes.

Now......
Package rate (1 day Base)- $541
Difference of $120

I'm pretty happy about it, although I really don't know what I'm going to do with the base ticket. Oh well.

Just called and got and got the discount (magic your way + hopper + dining). Our origional price was $3285 and now with the discount it is $2720. We saved $565...yippeeeee!!!! We are staying at the Pop November 10th-20th.

I just called Disney direct. I have an existing reservation with AAA. Disney direct with the QXD code was only $30 less than our old AAA reservation. I was hoping for bigger savings than that.

Further to my previous post about no codes being available at POP 5-12 Nov on code QXD, just called again and managed to save $395!! So keep trying ...
