to preorder infinity or not... best deal currently?

I know there are specials out there to preorder Disney's infinity game for the wii.. believe it or not i am already thinking this would make a great xmas "big gift" for my dd12.. she LOVES disney universe, so i am hoping this will hold up to it..
question is, where is the best preorder deal? i know a couple sites offer free action figure or card or whatnot..
second question, if you order thru disney store or say amazon, do they charge your cc immediately or when it ships? TIA!

My kids LOVE Skylanders game (both Spryos and Giants). I bought the original game "for free" with Toys R Us promotion gift cards. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on game figures, as my kids LOVE to collect and play with them.

Skylanders looks like a budget game next to this Disney Infinity! The figures cost money and so does everything else in the game.

I am holding on this one for now. There is also a new Skylanders game coming out about the same time.

I pre-ordered from Best Buy. They were/are giving the free figure (got Mike). Disney was giving 10-15 dollars that had to be used by xx/xx/xxxx. Not exactly sure if our card was charged or not.
We have Universe and Skylanders but this is DISNEY so we had to have it.

I preordered from Amazon. I believe that they are giving away a free figure with preorders. Your credit card is not charged until they are preparing your item for shipping.

You can order all the figures as a bundle on Walmart. Also, the Disney store is giving a $15 gift card with a preorder starter set.
