The Room is coming to Greensboro!!!No date yet, but it's at The Carousel Luxury Cinema on Battleground.
Looks like it may be sometime in June.

I just changed the title so that if anyone else is interested, they can let us know. I called the theater to see if they had a date yet for the release (I want to buy tix ASAP), but the manager wasn't there. That's ok. I'll try tomorrow

All I really know so far, is audience throws plastic spoons, and some of them dress like the characters. I've been trying to do some research. Some people bring footballs, too. Have you seen the movie? Because I can send you a whole article on it. It's billed as "The Worst Movie in the World" but it wasn't intentional.
The plastic spoons are a must!

I might bring a football. I do know that everytime you see the Golden Gate Bridge (and you know how often that it), tha audience shouts GO! Like as in go away.

I thought about getting a blonde wig and a red dress, but I don't know. That's SO cool that your DH loves it as much as I do. I can't even get my DH to watcg it once!
Maybe Tommy Wiseau will be there! I wonder if they sell tshirts in the lobby? Can you tell I really want to go??? I really, really hope it plays before you trip to Greece (you lucky dog, I've ALWAYS wanted to go there. It looks gorgeous!)

Oh Jennasis, I have some GREAT news. I called the theatre again to get the day and the guy I talked to said he wasn't sure BUT they play it once a month! So you don't have to worry about missing out due to your Greece trip!

PS I still didn't get a date, he said call back at the beginning of the month.
