My point was that mistakes, or as you say,"glitches" are still to be apologized for. Unless we are all going to adopt the familiar refrain of criminals and/or polititians, "Mistakes were made."

I sure hope things improve with your life. You just don't seem to be happy with anything DVC does right now. Maybe you should sell the remainder of your contracts and move on. Life is too short to be constantly unhappy. You could really use some pixie dust.
"To err is human! A previous email was sent to you with inaccurate contact information, so we are sending this follow up email to correct the error.
We would appreciate it if you would disregard the previous message and instead refer to the information outlined below in this email. We appreciate your patience!"
I saw nothing wrong with this and no appology is necessary. They made a mistake, pointed it out and corrected it. They could have said:
"Hey fool, forget what we sent even though we know you never read it anyway."
I got it too and was sad my wonderful guide had left! when I got the new email I wasn't worried about the wording...I was just thrilled my guide was still there. Can you tell I think my guide is AWESOME!!
I actually enjoyed the first email because I thought maybe it meant my guide was gone. I thought he had moved on to become a politician. He'd make a great one. I didn't think anything of their mistake, though. I figure if a big huge company like Disney can make a mistake that allows me at least 50 personal ones. Are people seriously upset about this?
Our guide got promoted right before we were assigned Tinkerbell as his replacement, so I thought we had achieved VIP status...Tinkerbell must carry a lot of Disney clout, right? Anyway, we later found out that we had been given to Marshall, who is just fine, but he is not Tinkerbell. My husband liked Tinkerbell being our guide because she never returned my calls, and I did not add-on!
