"To die for" snack/food that is unique to each park?

Epcot: School Bread in Norway, Margarita stand at Mexico!!!

If only it weren't for that "Roll Tide" avatar, that would have been the perfect post... *sigh* :rotfl:

I tried making School Bread once... ONCE... Let's just say I gained a newfound respect for the bakers over there as a result.

Well, if we follow my plan and hit the Margarita stand enough times, neither one of us will care about football!

Maybe someone here knows the answer to this and can stop a long running disagreement:

Didn't there used to be a place in Fantasyland that sold hot, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies? I thought there was, that it was opposite Columbia Harbor House under the walkway (to the right as you pass through heading toward HM from IASW).. DH says no way, but I swear I can still - to this day- remember smelling those cookies......coming through the little tunnel there.

Anyone know?

Is there enough tequila in Mexico to make that possible???? And how freaky a coincidence is it that my MP3 player is belting out "Margaritaville" as I type this????? :lmao:

Besides, I gotta start rooting for Samford full-time this football season anway...

And finally... does a margarita count as a 'snack?' ;)

I was born in Quebec, and have been spoilt by real french bakeries. I was really disappointed by the French bakery at Epcot. Even my DDs were not impressed with the croissants. I found the bakery over-priced for refrigerated cookie-cutter snacks. Sorry just my opinion :duck:

I actually agree with your comment. The Napoleon is the only thing that we like there!

To me, the ultimate WDW desert treats are the Zebra Domes and the coconut Tiramisu deserts at Boma. Just amazing. We go to Boma twice on every trip.

We love Tangerine Cafe and haven't had anything there that we haven't liked.

Anything at the French Bakery, I like the cheese plate and my absoluate favorite is the peach tart. Quiche is ok, except they want to microwave it :scared1: So I just let it sit around a bit to warm up.

Brats and apple struedel in Germany--also don't forget to poke into the candy store there.

On our upcoming trip I want to broaden my horizens in Epcot and try the CS and snackies in new places.

We also like the Coke and root beer floats in AK in a little wagon near EE and for the life of me I can't think of the name...they come with these really cool spoon/straw thingies.

Have fun snacking around the world.

the dessert at Ohana!!

a lapu lapu...

a cheese danish...(they are so good at WDW!! Don't know why exactly!)

churros!

Big pretzels at MGM.

My favorite snack is the Sweet Pretzel with almonds at the bakery in Norway(EPCOT).
