On our last trip, we were talking about how we've never visited guest services because we've never had a problem/issue at Universal. If there was a problem, it was worked out by the TM right there. (We are very familiar with the location of guest services at Disney, however- and how long the lines are. ) We stopped by guest services as we exited the park on our last day. There was no line- we proceeded to tell the TM there how happy we are at UO and how we've never been to guest services over a negative situation. So we decided to come and tell them what a good job they do. The TM took our name and put a lot of the information we gave them into the computer. I wish I had names to give him. (next time). I think I'll continue to do this. UO TM's are the best!!
