The only problem I have ever had with "my" recipe is sometimes the butter/corn flake crumbs mixture needs varying amounts of butter to get it right. But I LOVE this recipe, and I don't even lilke swiss!

Good clear day for town dump. I was afraid I'd be hauling old electronics in the rain. Makes it that much easier to get rid of an old tube television.

MagiKitty~ Almost everything was on sale. Pikester had all kinds of coupons that we could use.

I also get all of the grandkids chocolate Advent calanders. The local supermarket had them on sale for 1.49. At Wal-mart I got a Christmas tree for my computer room. I will be putting all of my Disney ornaments on it.

You all will have to ask Pikester how we are corrupting her MIL.

Sukie, sounds like the three of you had a wonderful time. And congrats on being mostly done! I have a few major people to buy for still. BF is always the hardest to find something for. I love the wrapping bit--I have all my wrap ready from clearance last year!

Now I'm thinking of shopping next week. Seems to be a few Veterans day sales. Are the schools off?

Mom and I have been eating at Ruby Tuesday a lot lately. There have been some good coupons and I love their croutons!

Just checked the school schedule online (if only we had such things when I was in school!) and yup out schools are closed on Thursday. I don't like being in a busy mall. Maybe I'll go out on Wednesday. But it depends on the weather.

Just has some wonderful egg drop-wonton soup and now I'm sleepy....

But its the Salvation Army people and their bells that drive me nuts. They have five people at the mall and I feel guilty passing them and not donating. But after a while, it gets easier.
