oh, we don't have WaWas here, but I love them! I always make a point to visit them when I'm in south Jersey or Pa. That's really nice of the house to give out those gcs.

None of the houses on my block are decorated for Halloween.

What's going to be scary is how much shrimp cocktail we're going to eat Sunday night!

I know it's about a year and 7 months away () but I had my TA book the transfers for the cruise and I purchased Trip insurance. If feels real know that deposits are being made.

Brought up Universal to DH today and we actually discussed it a bit. Always a good sign.

woo-hoo! How exciting! When you say transfers, you mean gettting from the airport to the port? What kind of tranfer do they provide?

I was toying around with a last minute cruise out of Miami in December. They're super cheap. But I didn't know how we'd get from the airport to the port. They have one coming out of Cape, but then I'd have to extend the trip to include a bit of Disney....

Disney Cruiseline has a bus that takes you from the airport to the port and then from the port to the airport at the end of your cruise. Or you can rent a car, use a limo service, town car or taxi. All depends on how much you want to spend. The Disney bus is $70 round trip per person. When my mom did Royal Caribbean last year they had a RCCL bus that took them from the airport to the port and then back again when the cruise was done. Not sure what the cost of that was. I'm sure they do the same thing for Miami.

Evening ladies.

Halloween here will be Sunday...no moving dates. There is a Halloween Party at DD's school tomorrow night so we'll have to straighten out costumes tomorrow...oh and I still don't have a pumpkin...

Ok what is a Wawa? Here it a town in northern Ontario. ;)

Hi everyone! I'm watching the season finale of Project Runway. So sad my show is coming to an end

all this cruise talk reminds me. Me and DH have been looking in to the Royal Caribbean cruise Oasis of the Seas. It is so expensive though. :scared1:. We would have to start saving up now and we may be able to go in late July or early Aug. I have to lose the weight first anyway.

Pike, are you going on the Disney Cruise?

ah, good to know! I really want to cruise. I think I'd be great at it (dressing up, food, gambling, entertainment)....I can't wait to hear about your experience!

wait, is there a weigh-in on a cruise? Why are you having to lose weight?

A WaWa is an amazing gas station with the most excellent coffee bar inside. Its a work of art and something that I truly appreciate. Its beautiful in there....

Hey Ev! I read a factoid about Canada today with DS9. Seems that Canda has the biggest beaver dam ever. It's as big as about 8 football fields laid end to end!

Oh oops, I thought I told you guys. I made a personal bet with myself that if I get to 148 pounds (a healthy weight for me) then I can go on any vacation I want. DH agreed but respectfully asked that we have at least one year that is Disney Free...Whatever lol

My parents are cruising on a RC ship in August 2011. I think its the Freedom of the Seas but I don't remember. They sailed the same ship last year and loved so they are doing it again but with a different itinerary.

yeah, WaWa's are awesome. Not only do they have some awesome coffee, they also have a little deli and they make fresh sandwiches (think Subway). You put your order in on a little touch screen, pay for it, and pick up your sandwich. Lazy day dinners have come from there plenty of times.

Waiting for an explanation, pepper, why would you have to lose weight for a cruise? When we take the cruise, I'm just hoping that I don't gain 20lbs while on board.

Ha ha. It would be funny if I ended up on the same cruise (if I don't end up on Oasis) :rotfl:
