I have an annual pass that I've never activated. Can I use that number to buy a TIW and not activate the pass?

No.
When you activate the pass, you can go to guest service the same day and purchase a TIW (Tables In Wonderland) discount card. The card is only for active ap holders and/or Florida residents.

Nuts. I don't know when we'll ever get to use our annual passes again. Our frequent trips have stopped because of the economy. Maybe when we retire. Oh well.

Well at least an unused AP voucher is a better investment than the stock market right now!
