TiW & Artist's Palette

Hello everyone,

I have a TiW card (well when I got it last Februar it was still DDE), anyway may trip next week we are going to stay in SSR, I saw that Artist's Palette is on the listed. I have never stayed at SSR but I heard their food court (Artist's Palette) and gift shop are all share the same cashier. My question is what is qualify for the discount and what doesn't? Are food in the fridge like yogert and juice included? I'm a little confused. Please help.

In my experience, all food receives the discount. Merchandise does not. The food area and the merchandise area are distinctly separated, so I don't think you'll have an issue distinguishing the areas.

We had one issue with a cashier who didn't know how to give a discount. We just paid full price so as to not tie up the line and walked over to concierge to straighten it out and they handled it immediately.

Cool!! So even grocery food items we can get 20% off! that's a good deal! We are flying in and taking the ME so we will have no access to grocery store. Things like bottle water, yogurt and juice are so expensive in property any discount would help.
