Titling the contract questions?

We have a trust, so would the trust be the lead on the title? How would it work to hand it down to our kids? Would they be listed on the title? You guys are in the know, so I appreciate the help.

If the trust owns the DVC, it's isn't yours to hand down, it's the trust's. The title lists whatever you tell it to list.

Sounds like this is worth a call to your estate lawyer before you lock this down.
